Detox--Day Twenty

5:30 Shake

Avocado, cashews
I have just not been hungry enough to eat anything much after the shake, which I always find filling and satisfying.

Snack
Apple


Water: 12345678+

Activity: Walked a little over an hour in the snow under sunny skies
which made the cold more tolerable! I wouldn't be doing all this walking without my wonderful neighbor!!! :-)
