Detox--Day Two

A much better day, today!

Breakfast
10:00 Shake

Lunch
1:30 Shake

Snack
Ate a pear around 3pm

Dinner
Shake at 5:50 with Probioplex--yeay, it's in!!!
Acorn squash, green beans (more raw than cooked) and olive oil


Water: 1234567
Activity: Stretching on my exercise ball, but I know that doesn't really count.
