Spinach salad with cornish hen, mushrooms, avocado, cashews, sunflower seeds, and a couple craisins (unfortunately, sugar is added to these) and a few pieces of carrot

Water: 123456ish --Too much responsibility and running around to get 8+ glasses in, today :-P
Activity: Bounced around on the mini trampoline for about 5 minutes--better than nothing!
